摘 要: | 钢结构建筑需喷涂防火材料进行保护,这将成倍增加建筑成本.减少防火涂层是现代建筑发展趋势.耐火钢提高了钢的高温强度.从而减少了防火涂层。本文综述了建筑用耐火钢技术要求、合金元素和生产工艺对高温强度的影响,并介绍了耐火温度为600℃耐火锅的综合性能和实际应用.

Abstract: | In steel-frame buildings,the steel members should be coated with fire-resistant materials to givethem protection in case of a fire.This requirement can double the construction costs.Therefore,there has been an increasing demand for restricting fire-resistand coating.Newly developed fire-resistant steels improve their ele-vated-temperature strength,thus reducing fire-resistant coating.This paper describes the technical requirements of steels for buildings and the effects of alloying elements and manufacturing process on elevated-temperature strength,and presents the properties and pratical applications of a fire-resistant steel which provides high strength at 600℃ |
