| 摘 要： | 目的观察声带息肉术后口服中药＂开音散＂的疗效。方法将声带息肉术后患者随机分成对照组和治疗组各90例。对照组术后给予静脉滴注头孢唑啉钠2.0g,每天2次,连用3d;并予普米克令舒1支雾化吸入,每天2次,每次15min,连用5d。治疗组除头孢唑啉钠静脉滴注和普米克令舒雾化吸入外,加＂开音散＂中药口服。结果两组总有效率比较P〈0.05,两组治愈率比较P〈0.05,治疗组的治愈率及总有效率均高于对照组。结论声带息肉术后,应考虑加中药口服联合治疗,以提高疗效。
