摘    要:研究了辣椒种子在不同浓度壳聚糖处理下的发芽率及抗氧化系统酶的变化。结果表明:经0.05~0.80g/L壳聚糖溶液处理的辣椒种子,其发芽率、发芽势、胚根长及胚芽长均高于对照;SOD、CAT、POD的活性均表现为先升高后降低的趋势,以壳聚糖浓度为0.50g/L时提高种子活力的效果最好,幼苗抗氧化系统酶的活性最高。

Abstract:The experiment is conducted on germination rate, variety of anti-oxidative enzymatic system on the pepper seeds in 0.05-0.80 g/L of chitosan treatment. The results showed that pepper seeds were treated with different concentration of chitosan could increase seed germination percentage, germination energy, germination index, the radicle and embryo bud higher than of the control. The activity of SOD, CAT and POD increased firstly and then decreased after the pepper seeds were soaked in different concentrations of chitosan. The experiment indicated that the seeds were soaked in chitosan of 0.5 g/L, it could enhance the vitality of pepper seeds and the activity of the anti-oxidative enzymatic system in the pepper seeds.
