应用时间节律防治疾病例析

目的：探讨应用时间节律防治疾病中的作用。方法：按人体阴阳、气血、脏腑、经络多角度因时治疗痰病的案例分析，进行归纳总结。结果：临床观察发现，对高血压、冠心病、糖尿病、哮喘、月经病等常见病，因时治疗取得良好效果。结论：根据季节、天气，结合脏腑辨证论治及八纲辨证，掌握痰病发生的时间规律，因时治病，对提高临床疗效有一定作用。

Cases and Analysis of Applying the Theory of Time-Medicine in TCM to Prevention and Treatment of Disease

Objective:Describes the effect of applying the theory of time-medicine in TCM to disease prevention and treatment.Methods:The retrospective study was undertaken on the cases of applying the theory of time-medicine in TCM to treating diseases throughout the long history.And the treating was based on the theories of Yin and Yang,Qi and blood,Zangfu-organs,and Meridian etc.Results: It was found that the effect was great when using the theory of time-medicine in TCM on treating some common diseases.They included hypertension,coronary heart disease,diabetes,asthma and emmeniopathy etc.Conclusion: It is concluded that season,climate and weather have influence on diseases.Associating them with the theories of Zangfu-organs Bianzheng(categorical identification in terms of Eight Classes),we can know the rule of the occurrence of diseases in different time.Treating diseases on the theory of time-medicine in TCM will help to improve the clinical curative effect of TCM.
