摘    要:利用负离子通入水中产生的高活性物质,对餐厨油污废水进行处理,考察了时间因素对废水中各污染物去除效果的影响,采用GC-MS定性检测分析了处理前、后废水组成成分的变化情况。研究结果表明,处理8 h后的餐厨油污废水pH值达到6.0左右,CODCr的去除率达到了40%,氨氮、总氮、总磷的质量浓度分别为18.78、19.98、3.26 mg/L,达到了GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》的三级排放标准的要求。负离子于水中所形成的高活性物质能够使油污废水中的大分子有机物得到有效降解。

Abstract:Through injecting anions into water,highly active substances was generated,and then used to treat oil and grease wastewater from restaurant and kitchen.The influence of reaction time on the treatment effect was investigated,and the components of the wastewater before and after the treatment were analyzed by GC-MS qualitative detection.The results showed that,after 8 hours,the pH value of the said wastewater reached about 6.0,the removal rate of CODCr was 40%,the mass concentration of ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen,total phosphorus were 18.78,19.98 and 3.26 mg/L respectively,which met the specification for grade 3 in GB 8978—1996 Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard.It could be seen that,the highly active substances generated by the reaction of anions and water could effectively degrade the macromolecular organic compounds in oil and grease wastewater.
