摘    要:对以工业废盐酸浸出低品位菱锰矿制取氯化锰的工艺进行了研究。用正交实验法考察了反应酸过量系数、液固比、浸出温度、浸出时间对锰浸出率的影响,并对生产流程进行了探讨和优化。结果表明:反应酸过量系数1.3、液固比4∶1、浸出温度80℃、浸出时间50 min时,浸出效果最好,浸出率可达91.47%。

Abstract:The process of manganese chloride leached from low-grade rhodochrosite by industrial waste hydrochloric was studied.The influences of the index excessive acid,ratio of liquid to solid,temperature and time on the manganese leaching rate in the leaching were investigated by orthogonal experiments.Then the producing process was discussed.The obtained optimum leaching conditions are as follows: index of excessive acid is 1.3,ratio of liquid to solid is 4∶1,temperature is 80 ℃ and time is 50 min.The manganese leaching rate is 91.47% on the above mantioned process.
