基于DLCA模型的絮凝过程模拟与应用

摘    要:在二维有限扩散集团凝聚(DLCA)模型基础上,利用Matlab软件建立DLCA模型,模拟絮凝体的生长过程。模拟结果表明:簇团数目与单个粒子数目随着循环步数增加而减小,盒子法计算模拟絮体获得的分形维数在1.341~1.551之间。屏蔽效应的存在使絮体呈现内部致密、外部疏松且高度多孔结构,模拟过程体现了分形的特征。实验采用聚合氯化铝絮凝剂处理模拟洗煤废水,盒子法计算真实絮体获得的分形维数在1.378~1.520之间,且随废水浓度增加而减少,与模拟结果相似性较高。

Abstract:Matlab software was used to simulate the aggregation process of flocs based on the two-dimensional square lattices diffusion-limited cluster-cluster aggregation(2D-DLCA) model.Simulation results showed that particle and clusters numbers were decreased with the growing of cycle numbers,and fractal dimensions were calculated using box-counting method with ranging from 1.341 to 1.551.Due to the shielding effect of the particles,simulation flocs have higher porous structure with inner-tenuous and external-loose...
