摘    要:在CO2焊和Ar++CO2混合气体保护焊条件下,通过“铁研试验”、拉伸、冲击和金相试验等,对15MnMoVNRe高强钢焊接接头区域的化学性能、显微组织及断口形态进行了试验研究,结果表明:采用“低强匹配”焊接(GHS-50焊丝)严格控制焊接线能量(q/v)在20kj/cm以下,可在不预热条件下焊接淬硬颂向较在的15MnMoVNEe钢,并可保证焊接接头性能满足使用要求。该焊接工艺可大大提高焊接生产率、

Abstract:nder the conditions of CO 2 welding and Ar+CO 2 mixed gas arc welding, the chemical properties, microscopic structure and appearance of fracture for 15 Mn Mo VNRe high strength steel welding joint zones are test studied by Y-slit cracking test, tensile test, impact test and metallographic test and so on. The results show that the welding material with " low-strength matching" GH S- 50 welding wire],by strictly controling the welding line energy below 20 KJ/cm, can weld the 15 Mn Mo VNRe steel with more hardened trend under no preheating conditions and can guarantee the welding joint properties and meet requirements of use. This welding process can greatly improve welding productivity, reduce cost and has significant social economical efficiency.
