摘    要:波形钢腹板PC组合箱梁是一种新型的结构形式.以国内外相关理论、试验研究以及实桥设计与施工资料的收集分析为基础,结合计算得到波形钢腹板PC组合箱梁桥的构造及受力特点,分析得出该种桥型相对于预应力混凝土箱梁桥诸多的优越性.研究表明,该种箱梁结构形式充分利用了混凝土和波形钢板的材料特点,能够有效实现主梁的轻型化,进而减轻下部结构的工程量,同时解决混凝土腹板出现斜裂缝的问题,方便施工.

Abstract:PC composite box girder with corrugated steel webs is a new type of structure. Based on the domestic and foreign relevant theory, test research, real bridge design, construction material collection and analysis, combined with structure and mechanical characteristics of calculated waveform PC composite box girder with corrugated steel webs, this paper analyzes the advantages of this type of bridge compared with the prestressed concrete box girder bridge. Research shows that this structure can effectively achieve the light beam, reduce the construction quantity of bottom structure, at the same time solve inclined crack problem appearing in the concrete web and facilitate the construction.
