石油钻机司钻的H点研究

摘    要:司钻控制房作为石油钻机的核心控制单元,其设计的好坏直接影响到司钻操作方式,从而影响整台钻机的生产效率和安全问题。针对国内司钻操作控制界面没有规范和行业标准,结合汽车界面规范SAE,提出石油钻机司钻H点的概念和相应的计算方法。H点的建立提供了人在舒适操作时尺寸定位的基准点,以此可以推出人的眼椭圆位置,确定人观察范围和手臂运动的最大伸及范围,对司钻控制房人性化设计具有重要的意义。最后通过计算机仿真证明计算结果与仿真结果吻合。

Research on the H-point concerning the driller of the drilling rig
Abstract:The design of the driller house,as the key control unit of the drilling rig,has a direct effect on the operation mode of the driller,thus influencing the production efficiency and safety of the rig as a whole.In light of the absence of regulations and industrial standards concerning the driller operation control interface at home,the concept of H-point concerning the driller of the drilling rig and its calculation method were formulated by referring to the automobile interface regulations labeled SAE.The establishment of H-point provides the datum mark for determining the size dimensions for a person to work comfortably.Based on this,the position of one's eye ellipse can be derived,and the scope of one's observation and the maximum range of one's arm's movement can also be determined.This is of vital significance to the humanized design of the driller.Finally,simulation by computer was used to prove that the calculation matched the simulation results.
