| 摘 要： | 企业家与创业资本家之间的现金流权利分配契约对于高新技术-创业资本(HTVC)整合系统的演化具有关键作用，在创业资本家风险规避条件下，债券-股权混合融资与可转换债券融资使得低风险战略实现的充要条件是相异的。

| Abstract: | The contract for the cash flow right between the Entrepreneur (EN) and the Venture Capitalist (VC) is of key role for the evolvement of high-tech venture capital (HTVC) integration system. When the VC is risk-aversion, the necessary-sufficient conditions for realizing low risk strategy under the mixed bond-equity financing and the convertible bond are different. |
