摘    要:针对常规水处理设备数量多、体积大、质量大,引起海上平台造价高的不足,发挥气浮和旋流协调作用,研制了新型紧凑式气浮旋流水处理设备,并进行了现场放大设备实验。研究结果表明,设备水力停留时间仅为210 s的情况下,当入口油的质量浓度在240~400 mg/L时,设备除油率可达85%以上。设备处理效果达到国外同类产品技术水平,可为下一步工业化应用奠定基础。

Abstract:The conventional water treatment equipment is usually in large quantities, bulky and heavy, which causes the high cost of offshore platforms.In order to solve this situation, a new type of water treatment equipment(compact flotation unit, CFU) was developed. The CFU innovatively utilizes gas flotation and cyclone coordination to improve processing efficiency. The field test of the scale-up equipment was carried out. The results showed that when the equipment hydraulic retention time was only 210 s, the oil removal rate of the equipment could reach more than 85% when the oil mass concentration in the inlet was between 240~400 mg/L. The equipment treatment effect has reached the similar technical level of foreign products, which provide a foundation for further industrialized application.
