Collecting attribute data using voice recognition |

| Abstract: | Voice recognition provides a natural means of operator/computer communication and is quickly moving from the laboratory to the factory floor and office places. This paper describes the design, development and installation of a voice recognition/playback system using a personal computer. The system will replace manual attribute data collection in a manufacturing plant. This application of voice communication will save time and money. |
