| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨肺癌患者手术治疗前后血清CA125、CEA、CA50检测水平的变化及意义.方法:应用放免法检测32例肺癌患者手术治疗前后血清CA125、CEA、CA50水平的变化,并与35 名健康人作比较.结果:肺癌患者治疗前血清CA125、CEA、CA50水平显著升高(与正常组比较P＜0.01),手术治疗后3个月血清CA125、CEA、CA50与正常组相比无显著差异(P＞0.05).结论:检测肺癌患者血清CA125、CEA、CA50水平的变化与患者的病情和预后密切相关,有重要的临床价值.
