基于Agent敏捷化车间调度系统的研究

分析了网络制造时代传统生产调度的局限性，在Agent理论的基础上，建立了车间资源调度模型。利用改进的甘特图，进行了车间调度算法分析，并编制新型调度实验系统，模拟了敏捷制造环境下的车间生产调度情况，为车间的能力评价，生产计划以及资源重组提供依据。

Research on Agent-based Workshop Resource Scheduling System under Agile Manufacturing Environment

After analyzing the limitation of traditional production scheduling in the era of network manufacture, the paper brings forth a new kind of workshop resource scheduling model according to the Agent theory, and analyzes this new scheduling model by means of improved Gantt graph. An experimental scheduling system is designed and simulated under the Agile Manufacture environment. The evidences for the workshop production capacity evaluation, production planning and resource reengineering are provided.
