摘    要:通过对某火电机组锅炉汽包水位异常波动历史曲线分析,得出主要原因是由于主蒸汽压力偏差大自动解除机组协调运行方式转为汽轮机跟随方式运行,汽轮机主控由调节功率转为调节压力,主蒸汽压力偏差由汽轮机主控调整,导致汽包水位异常升高。针对存在问题提出了优化措施,对相同类型机组具有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the abnormal fluctuation historical curve of the drum water level in a thermal power unit,it is concluded that the main reason is that when the unit runs in the coordinated mode,the main steam pressure deviation is large enough to automatically remove the coordinated mode of the unit,and it changes to the steam turbine following mode.The unit is changed from power regulation to pressure regulation.The deviation of the main steam pressure is released by the regulating function of the main control of steam turbine,which causes the water level of the unit steam drum to rise abnormally.The rectification suggestions are put forward for the above problems,which has certain reference significance for the same type of units.
