吉林省三线建设始末

1964年，中共中央与毛泽东根据国内外形势做出开展“三线建设”的决定，至20世纪80年代后，国际形势逐渐缓和，“打仗”的危险逐渐解除，“三线建设”中建设的工厂逐步转型，称为“军转民”。吉林省的“三线建设”过程与全国大体一致，自1965年开展自身的“小三线建设”，同时向其他“大三线”地区派出人力、物力、财力进行支援；1970年建设“五五工程”后也出现了省内的“大三线建设”。吉林省的三线建设为国家的建设与发展做出了重要贡献，从吉林省的支援建设、吉林省内的“小三线”建设和“大三线”建设等方面厘清吉林省三线建设的史实有利于我们更全面地认识“三线建设”的开展过程和情况以及为振兴东北老工业基地提供相关的建设经验。
