摘    要:本文针对餐余地沟油固化过程中酸值的影响问题,对餐余地沟油进行脱酸处理研究。通过综合考虑地沟油的脱酸和固化效果,确定最佳的脱酸条件为:针对50mL地沟油,加入2mL浓硫酸做催化剂,控制搅拌温度45℃,在地沟油、无水乙醇进料比为1:3的条件下反应1h。在此条件下,餐余地沟油的酸值可从21.5mg/g下降到4.1mg/g,基本消除了酸值对油脂固化的影响。采用脱酸后的餐余地沟油制备固体燃料块,固化产量最高可达101.5g,相应的燃烧残留率仅为16.7%。

Abstract:In order to eliminate the influence of acid value in solidification of waste cooking oil, the deacidification of waste cooking oil during solidification was advanced, and the optimized conditions, comprehensively considerated of deacidification and solidification, were as follow: 2mL sulfuric acid as catalytic agent was added in 50mL waste cooking oil, the temperature should be controlled at 45℃, the ratio of waste cooking oil and anhydrous alcohol was optimized to 1:3,and the time of reaction was 1 hour. Under the optimal conditions, the acid value of waste cooking oil was decreased from 21.5mg/g to 4.1mg/g, most of the impacts of acid value was eliminated in solidification of cooking oil. The production of solid fuel briquet was maximized to 101.5g using soybean cooking oil after deacidification, and the residue rate after burning was decreased to 16.7%.
