摘    要:用铝铬渣和转炉用后镁碳砖细粉为主要原料,通过固相烧结反应合成MgAl2O4材料.用X射线衍射、扫描电镜及X'Pert plus软件对材料中主晶相进行表征.结果表明:当烧成温度为1 400℃,镁碳砖与铝铬渣摩尔比为5∶1时,生成的镁铝尖晶石晶粒发育完整清晰,排列致密,外貌呈典型的八面体形貌.镁铝尖晶石质量百分数达到92%.

Abstract:The aluminum chromium slag and wasted MgO-C brick powder are taken as the main starting materials,the magnesium aluminum spine(MgAl2O4) is obtained by solid state reaction.The main crystalline phase and microstructure are examined by X ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and X Pert plus software.The result shows that the grain growth of magnesium aluminum spine is complete and clear,the appearance is typical octahedral morphology,the arrangement is dense and the content of MgAl2O4 is 92%when the ratio of wasted MgO-C brick and aluminum chromium slag is 5: 1 and firing temperature is 1 400℃.
