| 摘 要： | 针对现今各类除尘器除尘效率低的现实,依据静电除尘的基本原理,提出了应用InTouch软件设计静电除尘自动控制系统的方法,既运用InTouch设计监控主机,去控制、监控现场的PLC控制单元,本文详细介绍了系统的设计,In-Touch通信的原理及配置,实现了控制、维护、与技术管理的集成。实践表明了该系统的稳定性,具有较强的实用价值。

| Abstract: | Aim at the actuality of low efficiency of many Precip-itator nowadays, Based on the basic principle of Static Electrici-ty Precipitator,a design way of Static Electricity PrecipitatorControl System Automatically based on InTouch is presented, Itrecurs to the Monitor host computer designed by InTouch tocontrol and Monitor the local unit of PLC, this paper discussthe design of system, principle and configure of communicationin InTouch in detail .the realization of control-maintenance-management integrated system is studied. Practice shows thatthis system circulate stably and reliably, which shows its strong-ly practical application. |
