颈性眩晕的外科治疗

目的 :探讨颈性眩晕的外科治疗。方法 :采用不同手术方式治疗颈性眩晕 2 8例 ,其中横突孔切开减压 4例 ,横突孔切开减压 ,钩椎关节切除 8例 ,颈椎间盘切除、植骨融合术 10例 ,颈椎植骨融合加钩椎关节切除 2例 ,颈椎管扩大成形术 4例。结果 :随访 1年～ 4年 6个月 ,优 11例 ,良 12例 ,可 4例 ,差 1例 ,优良率 82 1%。结论 :颈性眩晕由多因素引起 ,应根据不同的原因选择不同的手术方式

Surgical treatment for cervical spondylosis with dizziness

Objective: To analysis the surgical selection for treating the cervical spondylosis with dizziness.Methods: 28 cases were operated with five different operations:4 were incision of the transverse process,8 were incision of the transverse process plus resection of the Luschka′s joint,10 were cervical discetomy and fusion,2 were cervical fusion plus resection of the Luschka′s joint,4 were laminoplasty.Results: All cases were followed up with 12 to 54 months,the excellent and good rate were 82 1 percent.Conclusion: The pressure of vertebral artery was not the sole reason causing cervical spondylosis with dizziness.Selecting appropriate operations according to different causes will achieve good results.
