| 摘 要： | 正确检验与分析赛艇运动员的专项水平,对于制定训练计划和指导训练工作有很大的帮助.举例说明了水上500m控频划具体的运用方法,介绍了高桨频、低桨频以及不同桨频在检验与分析中的作用,并结合实践指出了该方法在运用中应该注意的几个问题.

| Abstract: | It is very helpful for formulating training plan and coaching when we can accurately test and analyse the(rowing) athletes' rowing level.This essay demonstrates how to apply the controling frequency row for aquatic 500?m and introduce the effect of high frequency,low frequency,and different frequency on analysing and testing.Moreover,(combining) the practice,the writer points out several questions which should be noted in the application of this method. |
