| 摘 要： | 阐述坚持"安全第一,预防为主"的原则,按照现有电力安全生产的各项措施要求,针对500 kV变电站内保护装置校验、电气设备检修、预防性试验及运行操作中涉及安全的关键节点,从作业准备、实施到结束,全过程地建立安全鉴证制度,确保500 kV变电站现场作业安全,遏制各类行为性违章和管理性违章造成的人身、电网、设备事故的发生.

| Abstract: | Based on the principle of"Giving first place to safety and laying stress on prevention"and requirements of power safety production,the whole-process safety identification system was established with emphasis on the key points of protection device checking,electrical equipment maintenance,preventive tests,and safety-related opera- tional work.The system is expected to ensure safety of site operation of 500kV substations and prevent happening of faults due to operational and managerial peccancies. |
