| 摘 要： | 目的观察康复训练对唐氏综合征患儿精细运动功能发育的影响。方法 30例唐氏综合征患儿行康复训练。治疗前后采用Peabody精细运动发育评估量表(PDMS-FM)进行评定。结果治疗后,患儿的精细运动发育商和抓握能力、视觉-运动统合能力分均有改善(P<0.05)。结论康复训练有助于改善患儿的精细运动功能。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of rehabilitation training on fine motor in children with Down syndrome.Methods 30 children with Down syndrome accepted rehabilitation training for 3.1~4.6 months.They were assessed with fine motor function in Peabody Developmental Motor Scales(PDMS-FM) before and after treatment.Results The scores of fine motor quotients,grasping and visual-motor integration improved after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation can improve the fine motor in children with Down syndrome. |
