摘    要:介绍了立式长轴泵的结构,分析了其结构缺陷。通过采取用哈夫节夹套代替联轴节或联轴套、在喇叭管口增加导轴承支撑、在轴颈上加工梯形槽和润滑油流道等改进措施,提高了泵组的运行平稳性和使用寿命,降低了生产、施工和维修难度。

Abstract:The configuration of vertical deep-well pump was introduced and the defects of the pump were analyzed and then some improvement measures such as using half node sleeve in place of shaft coupling or coupling sleeve,increasing guide bearing in the mouth of bugle and turning trapezia slot and drilling holes in the lid of bearing were adopted.As the results the running stability and srevice campaign of the pump set are improved and difficulties of production,construction and maintenance of the pump set reduced.
