| Abstract: | In the horizontal sedimentation tank, the water powered and electrically driven siphon sludge discharge system was a simple and convenient system with less investment, safe and reliable operation. It was of significance in design and renovation of the current water treatment plant. The design philosophy and practical operation were introduced. |
