颈动脉灌注红花注射液治疗脑梗死的临床观察

为研究颈动脉灌注红花注射液对提高脑梗死的疗效，将67例脑梗死患者随机分为红花注射液颈动脉灌注组(治疗组)45例和红花注射液静脉滴注组(对照组)22例，约30天为1疗程。观察治疗前后语言、肢体肌力及综合自理能力。结果：治疗组总有效率为88．89％优于对照组68．18％(P＜0．05)。提示颈动脉灌注红花注射液治疗脑梗死的新方法对患侧肢体功能恢复等疗效优于传统给药方法。

Clinical Observation of Carotid Perfusion of Safflower Injection in Treating Cerebral Infarction

To observe the clinical efficacy of carotid perfusion of Safflower injection in the treatment of cerebral infarction,67 cases were randomized into treatment group in which 45 cases were treated with Safflower injection through carotid perfusion and control group in which 22 cases were treated with venous drip of Safflower injection,with a course of 30 days.The speech limb myodynamia and self-care ability were compared between pretreatment and posttreatment.Results:The total effective rate was 88.89% in treatment group,higher than 68.18% in control group (P<0.05).It is suggested that carotid perfusion of Safflower injection was better than venous drip in the treatment of cerebral infarction.
