| 摘 要： | 介绍了集成微透镜阵列光学器件，建立了开孔式离子扩散的数学模型，并对求解结果进行了分析和讨论。设计了离子交换型平面集成微透镜阵列的工艺流程及具体工艺参数，并研制成功该器件且给出其光学特性参数。

| Abstract: | The high-technology optical device of ion-exchanged microlens arrays is described. The mathematical model of the ion diffusion for aperture-mask is established and the solution is found. And a planar integrated microlens array is produced,Finally, the results are given and discussed them. |
