庙口煤矿风井井筒静水位止浆垫防治水设计与施工

摘    要: 庙口煤矿风井井筒与井底连接处(马头门)施工刚结束,模板未拆除,井筒井底水窝施工时遇水,涌水量由开始时10m3/h迅速增加至150m3/h,风井排水能力仅有50m3/h,造成风井井筒淹井。为了避免重新掘砌施工风井井筒与井底连接处及结合井筒涌水量和排水能力实际情况,采取溜灰管、排水管中套入2吋胶管同时进行静水位浇筑素灰(水泥灰)止浆垫,素灰凝固7d后排水作业,重新复浇筑商品混凝土止浆垫进行钻探防治水。实践表明,静水位浇筑素灰止浆垫强度能满足生产要求,缩短施工工期、降低投资,提高矿井经济效益。

Abstract:Coal Mine Air Shaft temple and the bottom junction (Horsehead) construction just completed, the template is not removed, the borehole bottom Shui Wo construction of water, water inflow from the start of 10 m3/h rapidly increased to 150 m3/h, wind well drainage capacity is only 50 m3/h, resulting in air Shaft submergence. In order to avoid to dig build by laying bricks or stones wind Wells wellbore bottom and construction joints and combined with yield and drainage borehole ability actual situation, take gray tube, drains, had been slipped into two inches hose and static and water pouring grain ash (cement grey) stop pulp pad, after dust coagulation factors 7 days, drainage work, re-mixed concrete pouring only the pulp pad drilling water control. Practice shows that the static water level just pouring ash pulp mats prime strength to meet the production requirements, shorten the construction period, reduced investment, improve mine efficiency.
