综合医院门诊冠心病患者精神卫生现状及心理干预的效果

目的：探讨综合医院门诊冠心病患者的精神卫生状况以及心理干预的临床效果。方法：采用精神卫生症状自评量表（SCL-90）对门诊确诊的87例冠心病患者进行心理卫生状况评定，找出患者存在的心理卫生问题，根据患者存在的问题进行心理疏导治疗。心理治疗采用以个体为对象，以心理疏导为主。对治疗前后的SCL-90各因子分进行比较。结果：综合医院门诊冠心病患者存在较多的心理卫生问题，主要是焦虑（78．2％）、抑郁（54．0％）、恐怖（33．3％）、强迫（33．3％）。给予心理疏导治疗后可明显地改善患者的心理卫生问题，治疗前后SCL-90各因子分比较，抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、强迫、人际敏感有显著好转（P〈0．01）。结论：冠心病患者存在焦虑、抑郁等心理卫生问题，恰当的心理治疗对冠心病患者的情绪状态有明显的治疗效果。

Emotional health condition of patients with coronary artery disease and effect of psychological intervention in out-patient clinic of general hospital

Objective: To study the emotional health condition of patients with coronary artery disease (CAD)and effect of psychological intervention in out-patient clinic of general hospital.Methods:Emotional health condition of 87 CAD patients in out-patient clinic was evaluated with SCL-90. The psychological treatment was performed according psychological problem of patient. The psychological treatment was individuation and was psychological dredge mainly.Results:There were more psychological problem for CAD patients in out-patient clinic,those mainly were anxiety(78.2%),depression(54.0%),compulsion(33.3%) and compel(33.3%).After psychological treatment,the anxiety,depression,dread,compulsion and interpersonal relationship sensitiveness significantly improved (P<0.01)according factor score of SCL-90. Conclusion:There are more psychological problems in CAD patients,suitable psychological treatment can significantly improve emotional health condition of CAD patients.
