综合疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎60例临床疗效观察

目的：观察综合疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法：随机分组后,治疗组采用综合治疗（下肢力线牵引、中药熥蒸、展筋膏外敷、透明质酸钠凝胶关节腔内注射、关节灌注、手法理筋）,对照组采用双氯芬酸钠二乙胺膏（扶他林）外用、透明质酸钠凝胶关节腔内注射,治疗1疗程后,比较两组疼痛程度、关节功能改善等方面的疗效差异。结果：治疗组有效率98.33%,对照组有效率86.67%,2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：综合疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎能有效缓解疼痛等症状,改善关节功能,取得较好疗效。

Clinical Observation of Comprehensive Treatment on 60 Cases with Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective:To observe the curative effect of comprehensive treatment on knee osteoarthritis.Methods:The patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with comprehensive treatment,such as traction limb,Chinese fumigation,intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate gel,joint perfusion,and practices tendon.The control group was treated with external application with diclofenac diethylamine cream and intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate gel.The pain and joint function improvement were compared between the two groups after a course of treatment.Results:There were 59 effective cases in the treatment group(98.33%) and 52 effective cases in the control group(86.67%).Conclusion:Comprehensive treatment is effective to relieve pain and other symptoms and improve joint function in patients with knee osteoarthritis.
