| 摘 要： | 高层建筑上部结构嵌固端的选取是结构设计的一个重要环节,通过对武汉某超高层住宅地下室顶板开洞进行分析,探讨如何考虑地下室顶板楼面开洞对嵌固端的影响。通过分析地下室顶板开洞后的楼板应力、楼盖的刚性,比较多塔模型与单塔模型的总体指标。对比分析地下室顶板开洞与取消开洞两种情况的结构振动特性和结构变形,确定地下室上部两栋超高层建筑的嵌固端,并针对地下室顶板开洞采取加强措施,供类似工程参考。
