基于广域测量信号的互联电网阻尼控制研究

摘    要:为了解决传统阻尼控制器因限于本地信息而不能有效抑制区域间低频振荡的问题,在传统PSS的基础上设计了反馈区域间相对功角和转速的附加励磁控制器。将该控制器的设计转化为部分输出反馈最优控制问题,并应用最小误差激励法求解控制器参数。由于控制器以远方信号为输入,设计中考虑了通信延迟问题。算例证明该控制器能与PSS协调作用,且由二者构成的控制系统能够有效抑制低频振荡。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the conventional PSS cannot effectively damp inter-area low frequency oscillation owing to local information, a supplementary excitation controller is designed based on the conventional PSS. This controller can feedback the relative power angles and rotor speeds. The design of the controller is converted into the problem of partial output feedback control. The minimum error excitation method is applied to determine the controller's parameters. The problem of communication delay is considered. The example demonstrates that this controller is valid.
