摘    要:以四氯化钛为原料,采用沉淀法制备复合粒子TiO2/CNTs,通过正交试验得出最佳负载条件:原料液浓度为0.3mol/L、氨水滴加速度为3mL/min、溶液pH值为4、煅烧温度为400℃时二氧化钛能够均匀紧密地负载到碳纳米管表面;利用FTIR、XRD和SEM等对所制备的复合粒子TiO2/CNTs进行表征分析,结果表明,负载的二氧化钛粒子粒径为5nm左右,且所负载的二氧化钛晶形大部分是锐钛晶型。

Abstract:Taking TiCl4 as raw material,TiO2/CNTs compound particles were prepared by the precipitation method.The optimum conditions were obtained by the orthogonal experiment: TiCl4 solution concentration was 0.3mol/L,the dropping speed of ammonia was 3 mL/min and the pH value was 4.As the calcination temperature was 400,TiO2 could be adsorbed on the surface of carbon nanometer tube evenly and tightly.The TiO2/CNTs compound particles prepared were characterized by FTIR,XRD and SEM.The results showed that the diameter of TiO2 adsorbed was about 5nm,and the crystal phase was mostly crystal phase of anatase.
