镶块模模锻工艺研究

通过对镶块模模锻的工艺研究,详细阐述了镶块模的结构,提出了适合我公司50 kN模锻锤的镶块模模锻工艺。研究表明:矩形镶块结构适合用于我公司50 kN模锻锤上锻造小叶片;合理选择飞边槽的形式和结构尺寸,能保证锻件的充满和多余金属的容纳;模体、楔和键可以通用于不同的镶块;镶块模模锻工艺适合用于我公司小叶片特别是导叶片的模锻。

Research on the Assembled Die Forging Process

Through researching on the assembled die forging process,this paper has stated in detail the assembled die construction,put forward the assembled die forging process suited for 50 kN die forging hammer in our company.The result shows that the rectangular insert construction is applicable to forge the small blade in our 50 kN die forging hammer;through selecting the reasonable type and size of flash gutter,it can guarantee filling the forging and receiving the residual metal;the mould body,wedge and key may be commonly used for the different inserts;the assembled die forging process is suited for die forging the small blade,in particular the guide blade in our company.
