摘    要:为探究吊装机械配置对火电机组锅炉安装过程产生的重要影响,以山东魏桥铝电邹平三电技改二期工程4×330 MW机组5、6号机组工程建设为例,分析了锅炉吊装布置及优缺点,解析锅炉设备的吊装要点,并尝试使用了2台锅炉吊装机械,加快安装速度.结果表明,科学配置锅炉吊装机械是机组施工工期保证的关键,同时也直接影响机组安装的总体进度和整体施工成本。

Abstract:In order to investigate the important influence of hoisting machinery allocation on the installation of thermal power system boiler, this paper analyzes, taking No. 5 and No. 6 unit project of the 4 × 330 MW unit in the second phase of Shandong Weiqiao-Lvdian-Zouping three power plants technical transformation project, boiler hoisting allocation and its advantages and disadvantages, and the key points of the hoisting of boiler equipment, and makes an attempt to accelerate hoisting by using 2 hoisting machineries. The result shows that the scientific boiler hoisting machinery allocation is key to the insurance of project duration and is influential in the progress rate and construction cost of unit installation.
