| 摘 要： | 针对杀菌过程控制效果不理想和生产效率低下的问题,提出了一种基于西门子组态软件WinCC和Profibus-DP总线的控制方法。构建了国内第一套工业以太网和Profibus-DP总线双层网络的多台杀菌釜协同监控系统。系统的总线完成现场设备数据采集,通过工业以太网传递给上位监控计算机,利用WinCC实现多台杀菌釜全自动化协调控制。现场运行结果表明,该系统运行稳定可靠,设计方案对食品饮料行业类似杀菌生产线的监控具有推广应用价值。
