纳米氧化铁的制备进展

摘    要:氧化铁红(α-Fe2O3)具有无毒、较高的耐温、耐候、耐酸碱特性以及对紫外线的屏蔽性。纳米结构的氧化铁在着色力、透明性、色度等方面有很大的提高,在涂料、印刷和造纸行业有着广泛的需求。综述了制备纳米氧化铁红的氧化沉淀法、胶体化学法、水热法以及水解法等,分析了各种方法的优劣,并指出如何提高纳米氧化铁的分散性,以及如何低成本、高效地制备纳米氧化铁红将是未来的研究方向。

Abstract:Iron oxide red(α-Fe2O3) exhibits many excellent properties,such as non-toxicity,and weather,temperature,acid,alkali,and ultraviolet resistance.When it is on nano-scale,the tinting strength,transparence,and chroma can be improved greatly.Thus nano-sized iron oxide red has a large demand in coating,printing,and papermaking industries.Synthesis methods of nano-sized iron oxide red,such as oxidizing precipitation method,colloid chemical method,hydrothermal method,and hydrolysis methods,were introduced,and advantages and disadvantages of these methods were also analyzed in detail.Then the future research orientation,such as improving the dispersity of nano-sized iron oxide red and preparing nano-sized iron oxide red with low cost and high efficiency,was pointed out.
