摘    要:提出了三种提高AlPO4-5晶体孔道中0.4nm单壁碳纳米管(SWNTs)填充密度和质量的实验方案:(1)用含有更多碳原子的四丙基氢氧化胺替代三正丙胺作为SWNTs碳源;(2)在AlPO4-5晶格中掺杂金属阳离子(Mn2+、Mg2+、Co2+)和硅离子(Si4+),使SWNTs带有负电性和Brφnsted酸位;(3)利用激光快速局部裂解有机碳源分子。结果表明:利用这三种方法均可提高SWNTs的质量和填充密度。

Abstract:Three methods were proposed to improve the packed density and quality of 0.4 nm single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) inside the channels of AlPO4-5 crystals: (1) replacing the initial carbon precursor tripropylamine (TPA) with tetrapropylammonium-hydroxide (TPAOH) which contains more carbon atoms; (2) incorporation of metal cations (Mn2+, Mg2+, Co2+) and Si ion (Si4+) into AlPO4-5 framework, which gives rise to the formation of negatively charged framework and BrΦnsted acid sites; (3) pyrolyzing carbon precursor rapidly and locally by laser. The results show that the packed density and quality of carbon nanotube can be improved by using these three methods.
