概率方法在工业产品质量检验中的应用

摘    要:本文用统计方法分析了针织厂产品质量验收方案,指出了其不合理性。用Poisson分布原理,利用公式其中进行统计分析;在分析了工厂生产实际的情况下,结合有关部门规定给出了AQL值。在上述工作的基础上给出了适合的具有动态特征的检验方案;并分析了新方案的合理性及其特点。实践证明,新方案既可以确保产品出厂质量(限定在AQL位内),又可为检验部门节省人力。

Abstract:In this paper we analyse the quality lest plan of textile fabric and peint out its imrcasonable part by statistical methed. According to the Poisson distribution principle and use formula where we carry on statistical analysis; in addition to anallyse productive reality of relative factery, associate with some rule that has been set by relative department, hence we assign AQL values, Based on preceding work a suitable test plan it possess moving character is given. Moreover, we analyse the reasonable nature of the new plan and its characteristic, Practice prppf, the new plan not only ensure that products possess good quality (restricted in AQL values) when they flow out of the mill, but also can save mart-power of the test organization.
