| 摘 要： | 对香附Cyperusrotundus化学成分进行研究,采用多种色谱技术(硅胶、氧化铝、Sephadex LH-20、MCI gel CHP-20P、HPLC等)分离纯化,根据波谱学数据(IR,MS,1D-,2D-NMR)进行结构鉴定。从香附中分离得到13个化合物,其中包括3个倍半萜,3个三萜,4个酰胺,1个木脂素及2个其他类化合物。它们的结构被分别鉴定为香附酸(1),(4S,5E,10R)-7-oxo-trinoreudesm-5-en-4β-ol(2),4,7-二甲基-4-羟基-1-四氢萘酮(3),蒲公英萜酮(4),达玛二烯醇乙酸酯(5),泽屋萜(6),假蒟亭碱(7),几内亚胡椒酰胺(8),墙草碱(9),己内酰胺(10),鹅掌楸苦素(11),3-hydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-2-4-(3-hydroxy-1-(E)-propenyl)-2,6-dimethoxyphenoxy]propyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(12)和1-(3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl)-1E-tetradecene(13)。其中,化合物1为一个新的链状倍半萜类化合物,其化学结构为6-甲基-2-异丙烯基-7,10-二氧代十一酸,命名为香附酸;化合物2和3为2个降倍半萜类化合物。化合物2~13均为首次从该属植物中分离得到,该研究丰富了香附的化学成分种类。
