| 摘 要： | 目的探讨PDCA循环模式管理在鞘内药物输注术护理中的应用。方法观察25例患者PDCA循环管理前、后的疼痛缓解度、并发症及健康教育方面的变化。结果利用PDCA循环管理模式护理晚期顽固性癌痛较管理前具有明显优势。结论PDCA循环管理能明显提高患者的生活质量，减少并发症。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the application of PDCA circled management in the nursing of intrathecal drug infusion. Methods The changes of pain alleviation, complications and health education before and after PDCA circled management in 25 patients were observed in 25 patients. Results Intractable pain in terminal cancer patients was much more relieved after PDCA nursing. Conclusion PDCA cycle management can significantly improve the life quality of patients and reduce the complications. |
