胆道镜下钬激光碎石治疗难治性胆道残石体会

目的介绍纤维胆道镜下钬激光碎石治疗难治性胆道残石的经验体会。方法回顾分析3年来纤维胆道镜下钬激光碎石治疗难治性胆道残石临床资料。结果21例病例中胆残石取净者20例,胆残石未能取净者1例。全组无重大并发症。结论纤维胆道镜下钬激光碎石治疗难治性胆道残石不仅能降低结石残留,避免病人多次手术,而且具有安全性高、创伤小、费用低、术后恢复快等优点。

Experiences of treatment of remnant stones of bile duct which are difficult to be cured by holmium laser lithotripsy in fiber choledochoscope

Objective To introduce the experiences of treatment of remnant stones of bile duct which are difficult to be cured by holmium laser lithotripsy in fiber choledochoscope.Methods Retrospect and analyze the papers of treatment of remnant stones of bile duct which are difficult to be cured by holmium laser lithotripsy in fiber choledochoscope in the past three years.Results Of the 21 cases, the remnant stones of bile duct which are difficult to be cured in the 20 patients disappered totally, only that of 1 case could not. And there were no major complications.Conclusion Treatment of remnant stones of bile duct which are difficult to be cured by holmium laser lithotripsy in fiber choledochoscope can not only reduce the residual stones and avoid repeated surgery on patients,but also has the advantages of safe, less traumatic,low-cost, quick recovery after the operation.
