矿井下实时温度监测和无线传输系统的设计与实现

摘    要:针对矿井下环境温度在线监测的要求,提出了一种基于无线收发模块和单片机构成的在线温度监测系统,简要论述了系统的硬件组成和软件设计。系统能够通过单片机控制温度传感器,实现对井下工作面的温度实时采集、处理、传输等功能,借助无线数据传输模块PTR2000实现了人机交互控制。通过测试表明,该系统控制方便、工作稳定,能实现可靠的无线数据传输。

Abstract:In view of the request of the environment temperature on-line monitor under the mine,the on-line temperature monitoring system based on wireless transmission module and single chip microcomputer is introduced.Briefly elaborates the hardware composition and the software design of the system.Thesystem can control the temperature sensor through single chip microcomputer in order to acquire,process and transmit the real-time datum of the working face condition under the mine,thus,man machine mutual control comes into true in virtue of wireless transmission module PTR2000.Besides,the results of application show that the system is convenient to control and stable to perform,implements reliable wireless data transmission.
