摘    要:以工程机械产品配置管理为案例,从产品模块划分、配置定义、变量计算、数据传递等方面,阐述基于模块化设计的产品配置管理在西门子公司的产品全生命周期管理系统Teamcenter PLM(Product Lifecycle Management)中的应用思路和实现方法.此系统以模块化设计为主线,全面支持企业模块化设计方式并为其提供有效的数据管理平台,通过产品配置数据,从销售订单到工程设计再到生产制造的信息集成,实现产品模块化设计和产品系列化管理,从而缩短产品交付周期,提高客户满意度.

Configuration, Management and Application of Teamcenter PLM Qased on Modular Design
Abstract:Choosing the configuration and management of construction machinery as the research example, the text introduces the application concept and realization method of the configuration management based on modular design, which is applied in the product lifecycle management system TeamcenterPLM (Product Lifecycle Management) in Simens, Ltc. Product modular division, configuration definition, variable calculation and data transfer have been detailed in this introduction. Based on modular design, this system supports company’s modular design alternatives and provides effective platform of data management. Through the information assembly of product configuration covering sale indent, industrial design and manufacturing, it is possible to realize modular design and serialization of management to reduce the delivery cycle and meet customers’ requirements.
