我国县域医疗服务协同管理模式研究——以陕西省榆林地区为例

目前我国县域医疗资源总量不足,结构上也呈现倒金字塔型的失衡,运用医疗服务协同管理模式来整合医疗资源以达到最大化利用成为解决县域居民医疗需求的重要方法。通过总结县域医疗资源整合与服务协同发展存在的主要问题,结合对陕西省榆林地区县域医疗服务协同管理实践的实证调查和协同学理论分析,提出适于中国国情的模块式纵向协同与集团化横向协同交叉的协同管理模式。

Research on the County-level Medical Service Synergetic Management Mode in China Based on Example of Yulin City in Shanxi Province

Currently the county-level healthcare resource is insufficient in China,and the organization of which presents a shape of an inverted pyramid.To realize conformity and maximum usage of the medical resource by applying the synergetic management mode of medical service has become an important way of meeting the county residents＇ demand.Through analyzing the major problems of county-level medical resource conformity and medical service synergetic development,and combining the empirical investigation of the county-level medical service synergetic management in Yulin city,Shanxi Province,with the theory of Synergetic,this paper had put forward a modular longitudinal associated with cross collectivization synergetic management mode based on the situation of our country.
