北方寒冷地区城市中心既有多层住宅适应性再生设计方法研究——以大连市西岗区饶山路白云新村为例

随着我国城市住宅建设的发展，对老旧住宅如何满足现代生活需求，适应环境变化的课题越来越受到关注。本研究以大连市上世纪八十年代至九十年代城市中心区的老旧住宅作为研究对象，进行适应性再生设计尝试，为改善既有住宅居住品质，提供多样化住宅再生设计对策，拓展更多的思路与方法。

The Research of Northern Cities’ Existing Housing Adaptive Renewable Method: the White Cloud District in Dalian as an Example

With the development of urban housing construction, how can the old houses meet the demand of modern life and adapt to change of environment problem are getting more and more attention. This research selects old houses in Dalian city center built in the 1980s and 1990s as the research objects, tries the adaptability regeneration design, in order to improve the living quality, to provide diverse design countermeasures, and to expand more idea and method.
