Abstract:An ITO/NPB/PAA/Alq3:DCJTB/Alq3/Mg:Ag white organic light-emitting device based on PAA was fabricated.An excellent white light emission was achieved by mixing the blue light and the yellow light from PAA layer and Alq3:DCJTB layer,respectively.The turn-on voltage of the device is 4.6 V,the maximum luminance efficiency is 4.26 lm/W at 5.2 V,and the luminance reaches 7 792 cd/m2 at 18.8 V.The device shows an excellent white emission with chromaticity coordinates of(0.32,0.34),luminance efficiency of 2.17 lm/W ...
