Q345D钢板试制工艺研究

摘    要:介绍鄂钢4 300 mm宽厚板厂试制Q345D钢板的生产工艺。按照1 140~1 180℃均热,加热速率8~11 min/cm的加热制度;第Ⅰ阶段开轧温度≥1 100℃,第1道次压下率控制在12%左右;第Ⅱ阶段开轧温度≤950℃,前3道次累计压下率控制在46%~50%,末3道次累计压下率大于40%,终轧温度为830~870℃的温度制度和轧制制度,进行控制轧制。生产的Q345D钢板组织均匀,晶粒细小,性能较好,符合国家标准的要求,并有较大的富余量。

Abstract:The production technology of Q345D steel plate trial produced in the 4 300 mm Heavy Plate Mill in Ecsteel is introduced.Control rolling of the plate is carried out in accordance with the following rolling schedule and temperature schedule: initially the stock is reheated to 1 140 ~1 180 ℃ with heating rate of 8~11 min/cm;in the 1st phase the rolling temperature is kept at≥1 100 ℃ and the reduction rate of the 1st pass is controlled at about 12 %;in the 2nd phase the rolling temperature is ≤950 ℃ and the aggregated reduction rate of the last three passes is larger than 40 % and the final rolling temperature remains at 830~870 ℃.By adoption of this rolling procedure the structure of the trial produced plate Q345D is homogeneous,the grain size is small and the properties of the plate are excellent.They are completely in conformity to the requirements of the national standards.
