一种新的一期性阴茎再矫曲尿道成形术

本文报告对8例尿道下裂阴茎矫曲术后仍有阴茎弯曲者,施行作者所创用较简易的阴茎再矫曲尿道成形术,术后阴茎完全伸直,尿道口新建于冠状沟部腹侧,排尿通畅。作者并主张以留置导尿法代替膀胱造瘘术,可减少病人痛苦,手术时间短,术后恢复快。

A new one-stage phallo resitratening urethroplasty

A new simple and easily performed phallo-restraining urethroplasty designed by the author is reported.The operation has been performed in 8 cases with hypos-padia which recurred after penile straitening operation This new operation is preferable in that the penis becomes straitened much more thoroughly than the other methods used before, the meatus being reconstructed on the ventral surface of the coronal-sulcus,and urination is clear.The auther advocates using an indwelling urethral catheter to drain the bladder instead of cystostomy in order to reduce the sufferings of the patients and to shor ten the time at operation and the postoperative course.
